Membership & Activity Reports

 

Club Secretaries:

 

During the Lions year you will deal with three reports:

 

  1.   DISTRICT ACTIVITY REPORT (submitted to District Officers to report club activities and upcoming events.)
  2.   MEMBERSHIP REPORT (reports via the WMMR, membership and club information). 
  3.   LCI ACTIVITY REPORT (Reports via the WMMR, numerical data to Lions Clubs International regarding donations, fundraisers, service projects, etc. during the year.  While it may be updated monthly, it is not the monthly activity report required for District Activities.)

Also, you are encouraged to use the Training Area listed on the left of the login page.  This allows you to gain valuable experience without jeopardizing your club data.

PLEASE NOTE:

 

Once you have completed the three reports, you need only to email the District Activity Report.

 

Your club's PU-101 will determine who has access to the WMMR by membership number.  Should you have difficulty getting your password, contact your Zone Chair, IT Chair, or LCI IT division (Below).   The 2011-2012 Activity Report has been trimmed to eliminate as much duplication as possible.  Please feel free to contact the IT Chair (ITC@LionsDistrict23C.org) should you have any questions or need assistance.

 

Although the Directory states reports are due by the 20th of the month, District Governor Ken states that as long as reports are submitted in accordance with the LCI schedule, club presidents will not be penalized for their 100% Award.
